Responsible to assist in all preparation of plans / proposals / letters for submission to the related Authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate with Consultants and comply with the terms & condition imposed by Authorities.
  • To liase and follow up with the authorities in related to all plans / proposal submission for approval.
  • To plan, coordinate, supervise, monitor and control of site construction activities.
  • To ensure works are carried out in accordance with construction drawings and contract specifications.
  • To attend performance inspection with record and follow up on deficiencies.
  • Regularly report to the General Manager on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the General Manager.

Responsible for timely completion of accounts work as well as preparation of account and admin related tasks as required by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General admin and support for Account department
  • Answer and direct phone calls, photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate
  • Perform daily accounts processing in a complete manner and on a timely basis
  • Preparation of letters, payment request form and invoice
  • Arrange and sort out the daily bank in slip and receipt for proper filing
  • Follow up documents to ensure completeness of the transaction
  • Liaise with external parties to address the transaction issues
  • Dealing with company secretary for all secretarial matters and timely submission all necessary documents
  • Arrangement of documents to sign and revert on time by directors / shareholders
  • Maintain efficient filing and documentation system for audit and statutory requirement
  • Filling and maintain the files records
  • Ensure the documentations are in order and compliance to ISO requirements
  • Perform any job duty as and when required by the immediate superior/ HOD
  • Any other job functions as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Provide crucial financial data and work with the management to coordinate all financial planning functions with business operations.

Adhere to financial duties including preparation of financial statements, cash flow reports, comparison of budget to actual figures and build financial projections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy and provide guidance and analysis to executive and operational management to improve result
  • Supervise over general accounting operations including internal auditing, cost accounting and budget control
  • Coordinate with relevant business unit and review budget and report for the variances
  • Review, prepare and submit monthly and yearly financial report and ensure reports prepared in compliance with latest accounting standard
  • Ensure company has sufficient cash flow and funding to meet its business objectives
  • Responsible for tax planning and able to recommend tax adjustment and ensure proper tax compliance
  • Furnish internal reports, revise and update reports to be more useful and efficient
  • Develop and document accounting policies in all business processes to maintain and strengthen internal control
  • Establish major economic objectives and policies for the company and report the outline of the company's financial position in the areas of income, expenses and earning based on past, present and future operation
  • Lead and supervise the accounting team effectively
  • Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel in the Accounting Dept., recommend training requirements and has duty to keep the staff at the highest level of skills necessary to meet company needs and objectives
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and lawyer
  • Ensure the documentations are in order and compliance to ISO requirements
